Our Company Started Back In 1988 With Just One 3 Bedroom Pool Home. Since Then, We Added Several 3 And 4 Bedroom Properties, Which Accommodate Between 8 To 12 People Each, To Meet The Demand For Our Repeat Customers And Referrals. We Are Members With The Better Business Bureau Of Central Florida, The Orange County Convention And Visitors Bureau And The Kissimmee/St. Cloud Visitors Bureau. All Of Our Homes Are Kept In Excellent Condition And Very Clean. We Are Centrally Located To All Of The Area Attractions, Shopping And Restaurants. As A Standard Feature, All Of The Homes Have Their Own Heated, Screen Enclosed Swimming Pool And Most Backyards Back Up To Lakes, Wooded Areas Or They Are Completely Privacy Fenced In. Some Homes Have Water Slides Or A Rock Waterfall In The Pool. Our Nightly Rates Include The Sales-/Resort Taxes. We Do Charge A One Time Cleaning Fee Per Stay In The Amount Of Usd 60.00 For A 3 Bedroom Home And Usd 70.00 For A 4 Bedroom Home.
